Sattva Group, a leading real estate developer, aimed to modernize parcel management for tenants across its commercial properties. Frequent delivery issues such as missed handovers, misplaced packages, and staff burden called for a secure, automated solution.
Traditional parcel delivery workflows at Sattva offices faced multiple pain points. Missed deliveries due to closed offices or unattended receptions often led to frustrated tenants. To overcome these inefficiencies, Fonzel deployed 34 metal smart lockers integrated with OTP-based access and digital interface via PWA. The system allowed tenants to securely receive parcels 24/7 without relying on reception or facility staff. The lockers eliminated the need for physical keys or cards, replacing them with a simple, secure one-time password system.
